1931 Founded as Sumino Non-Ferruos Metals Wholesaler. Later renamed Sumino Kosakujo.
Performed various types of precision metal cutting as an associated factory for an aircraft company.
1953 Corporate reorganization at the current headquarters as Ueny Industrial Co., Ltd.
1959 Established Showa Electric Shokai for the sale of electronic compponents
1961 Launched a speaker production divison and designated the electronics division as a co-prosperity company of Matsushita Electric Industrial Co., Ltd
1971 Electronics division was reorganized as Kurayoshi Ueny Electric
1973 Showa Electric Shokai reorganized as Showa Electric Shokai Co., Ltd.
1974 Launch of the import and export business and establisment of trade division
1976 Opened he Ueny Co., Ltd. Kurayoshi factory in Iwaki, Kurayoshi-shi
1981 Reorganized the trade division as ITSUWA SHOJI KAISHA, INC.
1986 Changed the name of Ueny Industrial (in Japanese)
1988 Ueny Co., Ltd. Iwaki factory moved to Kazuwa, Kurayoshi (Tottori prefecture).
1991 ITSUWA SHOJI Korean office reorganized as the independent KOREA ITSUWA CO.LTD
1993 Established ITSUWA(SINGAPORE)PTE. LTD.
1994 Established ITSUWA (HONG KONG) LIMITED.
1995 ITSUW KOREA is commended by South Korean president for its contribution to exports
